Dirt roads leaving Crested Butte, Colorado invite one to explore the majestic mountains and lush valleys in the area. Frequent summer storms and the high alpine elevation contribute to the town being named The Wildflower Capital of Colorado.
I was born and raised in the Metropolitan New York City area of New Jersey but have lived in Arizona for forty years. After retiring from high school counseling and teaching, I discovered the joy of photography and digital art. Although I strive to get the shot right in the camera, I enjoy the artistic and creative aspects of working with image editing programs.
