Description
This vintage gasoline pump is just one of many historic relics from the mining days of Jerome, Arizona. Once known as the wickedest town in the west, Jerome was a copper mining camp, growing from a settlement of tents to a roaring mining community. Today, it is a popular destination for art lovers, ghost town enthusiasts, motorcyclists, and hungry tourists. Perched on the side of Cleopatra Hill, Jerome provides beautiful views of the Verde Valley, the red rocks of Sedona and Sycamore Canyon, and the snow-capped San Francisco Peaks.
