"Mountain Majesty" is a photograph of Cumberland Mountain in the La Plata Mountains of southern Colorado. Storm clouds create beautiful highlight and shadow areas in the scene. The old mining road leading to Cumberland Pass is visible on the mountain. Evergreen trees and white and blue wildflowers add striking interest to the scene. This image is enhanced with digital painting.
