CHILDHOOD MEMORIES by PRISCILLA BURGERS
During the settlement of the West, children's toys, frequently home-made, were few and cherished. These toys are most likely part of fond memories for the children that grew up in this log cabin. Originally part of an 1880 ranch in Wyoming territory, this historic log structure was moved from Chimney Rock Ranch in Albany County, Wyoming to the Wyoming Territorial Prison State Historic Site. It is now part of a recreated 1880 ranch setting.
