Artist's Description
I shot this fall photo of Woods Lake just minutes before the approaching storm obliterated the beautiful reflections. Woods Lake is near Placerville, Colorado and lies between two 14,000 foot peaks, Mt. Wilson and El Diente. A texture and effects were applied to enhance a painterly look.

About Priscilla Burgers
I was born and raised in the Metropolitan New York City area of New Jersey but have lived in Arizona for forty years. After retiring from high school counseling and teaching, I discovered the joy of photography and digital art. Although I strive to get the shot right in the camera, I enjoy the artistic and creative aspects of working with image editing programs. Capturing the beauty of God's creation with landscape photography was my first passion. I thank God for his creations and that I am fortunate enough to see and capture a part of them with my camera.
